Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Sysec collects on this site, why, and what your rights are, under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended (including Amendment 13), and the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017.
Who is responsible
Sysec Xiao Ltd. ("Sysec"), Afridar House, Azor, Israel. Privacy inquiries: office@sysec.co.il.
What we collect and why
Contact form: name, email, company (optional) and your message. We use this only to answer your inquiry and follow up on it. You are not legally required to provide it, but we cannot reply without it.
Technical data: like any website, our hosting servers automatically receive IP addresses and browser data to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We do not use this data to identify visitors or for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no marketing or analytics cookies, pixels or third-party trackers. Fonts are self-hosted and are not loaded from Google.
Who receives your information
We do not sell your information, use it for marketing or share it with third parties, except service providers that process it for us to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and protection) and the email provider that delivers form messages. Your information may be stored or processed outside Israel, in line with the regulations on transfer of data abroad.
Retention
Inquiries are kept in the company mailbox for as long as needed to handle them and document the business contact, and are then deleted.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS/HSTS), with a strict content security policy and no third-party components. We take reasonable security measures, but no system is completely immune.
Your rights
You may ask to review the information we hold about you (section 13 of the Law), to correct or delete it if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date (section 14), and to ask us to stop using it. Write to office@sysec.co.il and we will respond within the time required by law. You may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Updates
We will update this policy when the site or the law changes; the date at the top reflects the latest update.
